The number of people reporting rape has risen, but the number of convictions has fallen. Something is going very badly wrong with the system.
When I was going out, I would see some people, children who sit outside the houses, look at the faces of girls going down the street and say jokes or some derogatory words. And there are some insolent people who spoil a girl's life. I was very surprised if they do this with their mother, sister and relatives.
When a person wakes up in the morning, he wakes up with joy and when he looks at a newspaper, all that happiness is gone. There was news of rape on the first page itself. I was surprised that this case is 2 years old and so far these rapists have not received any punishment.
Why is it in our world?
If I had decided in my hand what punishment should be given to these rapists, I would have sentenced them to death on the same day that every woman thinks of every woman. Those people were afraid of committing such a sin.
If there was death penalty on this crime, then all the cases are coming up. Now they are not so much.
I feel ashamed of those who support rapists and the lawyers who fight their case. I want to tell all of you girls that you should not make any connection with any stranger, first know his habits.
I also want to say something to those who look at women and girls with dirty eyes. Not all of you should do such a thing. So that your daughter is afraid of calling you a father, your wife is afraid of calling you a husband and your sister is afraid of calling you her brother.
At the end I give a message to those rapists that close your eyes and see the face of the woman lying on that ground. Recognized? Is it you or my mother, sister or daughter .....
